Roadside and towing services are offered based on driver availability, safety conditions, access to the vehicle, and the information provided at the time of the request.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, vehicle information, and pickup location details. You must also have authority to request service for the vehicle involved.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Any quote is based on the information available when the request is made. Final pricing may change if the service type, access conditions, distance, or vehicle needs are different from the original description.

4. Dispatch and Cancellations

Once a driver has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply. If the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or inaccurate, service may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

5. Response Times

Estimated response times are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Weather, traffic, road closures, call volume, and operational conditions may affect arrival times.

6. Liability Limits

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our reasonable control, or issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false requests, interfere with its operation, or use forms or contact details for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.
